- Recruiting and retaining massage therapists, estheticians, and sales associates
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa with focus on achieving membership & sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service (75% of time spent working face to face with clients)
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials to drive spa memberships and retail sales
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory and reporting
- A passion for people and sales
- Proven record of sales success in a membership-based business
- Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
- Experience with a booking system like Zenoti software is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of spa services and product lines
- Ability to understand key performance indicators and implement programs to achieve goals
